The ocean, with waves perfect for surfing, boogie boarding, or swimming, are just steps from the front door. From the kitchen, family room or front patio, you can easily see the dolphins frolicking in the waves in front of the house!

Total home renovation, completed June 2007, ensures that this magnificent home provides every updated luxury and ammenity possible. Our home was refurnished room by room in the comfortable and timeless “shabby chic” style, designed for the discriminating renter who has and enjoys lovely things both home and away. Every detail has been attended to and we provide the perfect décor to unwind, relax, read a book, play board games, watch a movie or spend time talking with family and friends!
A large kitchen with perfect ocean views is a cooks dream. With all Viking appliances including stove, refrigerator, temperature controlled wine cabinet, Calphalon pots/pans, Cuisinart, and anything a serious cook could ever want!
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and plenty of storage. Adding to the perfection of this space is a kitchen bar with room for guests to keep you company while you are cooking. This is the perfect spot to eat or enjoy a cocktail while watching the waves break outside the window!
The kitchen opens up to a “great room” with a large dining room table which seats eight to ten and a relaxed family room. The great room has two sets of sliding doors which open up to the front patio and endless views of the Pacific Ocean.
On the other side of the kitchen is the second family room offering additional living space. This family room opens on to the patio at the side of the house. We have a gas stainless steel barbecue, table and chairs which offer plenty of comfortable outdoor seating with immediate beach access. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and have a bit of privacy.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths. The downstairs Master Bedroom has a King Bed and an adjoining full bath. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms. One features two sets of bunk beds with full beds on the lower bunks and twin beds on top.
